What loan terms and amounts are available?
- Loan Terms: 1 to 24 months
- Loan Amounts: Up to $30 million
We secure loans against:
- Residential Property (up to 75% LVR)
- Commercial Property (up to 70% LVR)
- Vacant Land (up to 65% LVR)
- Industrial & Incomplete Construction
- Indicative Offer: Within 24–48 hours
- Settlement: Typically, within 5–10 business days, depending on complexity and document submission.
- Establishment Fee: Up to 2.2%
- Valuation Fee: At cost
- Legal Fees: $3,300 incl. GST + disbursements for simple structures
- Rollover Fee: 1.1% (if the loan is extended)
- No Lender Discharge Fee (legal fees may apply)
We accept a range of real estate securities, including:

We fund Company Borrowers, including 1-day-old ABN/ACN entities. We do not provide loans to individual borrowers for personal purposes. We consider borrowers with adverse credit history, taking a common-sense approach to lending and focus on asset strength, exit strategy, and the borrower’s ability to service the loan rather than just credit history.
