We offer a variety of loan structures to suit different financial needs, including first registered mortgages, second registered mortgages, and caveat loans. Each option is designed to provide flexible funding solutions backed by secured assets.

Our loans are available to company borrowers, with approval possible for businesses operating under an ABN or ACN from as little as one day.

We accept a wide range of security types, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties, as well as vacant land and incomplete construction projects. This flexibility ensures borrowers can leverage their assets effectively to access funding.

Our fee structure is transparent and competitive. We charge an establishment fee of up to 2.2%, with valuation costs payable at cost. Legal fees for a simple structure start at $3,300 (GST inclusive) plus disbursements. There is no lender discharge fee, though legal fees apply. A rollover fee of 1.1% may also be applicable.

We provide fast and efficient loan processing, with indicative offers available within 24-48 hours and settlement typically completed within 5-10 business days.

Step 1

Scenario Submission

Provide key details about the borrower, loan purpose, security, and exit strategy to help us assess feasibility.

Step 2

Assessment

We conduct an initial review to determine if the loan request meets our lending criteria.

Step 3

High-Level Quote

If the loan is viable, we issue an initial funding indication outlining possible terms.

Step 4

Application

The client completes an application and submits supporting documents, such as ID, a rates notice, and a COS, for review by the credit team.

Step 5

Indicative Term Sheet

A detailed document specifying the loan structure, rates, and conditions subject to due diligence. A commitment fee may be required.

Step 6

Due Diligence

We conduct property valuations, credit checks, and legal reviews, ensuring all necessary documents are in place.

Step 7

Loan Contract

Once due diligence is complete, formal loan documents are drafted and signed by all parties.

Step 8

Settlement

Legal teams finalize the transaction, and funds are disbursed to the borrower.

Step 9

Post-Settlement & Discharge

Loan servicing begins, and at the end of the term, the mortgage is discharged upon full repayment.
